"I am so impressed by the customer service of this store. Today I accidentally dropped my ATM card on the floor after paying for my items, but didn't realise. The manager (I think) saw it happen and raced after me up the road and checked my surname before handing me back my card. Thank you so much for your great service and for going over and above. ."

"Overall this is a good small local convenience store. Handy for 24hr grocery getting. The prices reflect that convenience. However... The tall blonde headed young Aussie bob that works behind the subway counter needs to brush up on customer service skills. "Wadda ya want!!" Is not the way to address customers. His attitude and quite angry appearance also seemed to be affecting the young girls behind the counter. I felt they were a bit stressed with his behaviour. To the owner. Please sit down with this employee and inform them that an angry, abrupt, short attitude to customers and other staff is not acceptable. If you don't do this. You're sure to lose business."
